NB : Uninstall other antivirus, if any present in your system to resume Windows               Defender successfully.

- Open 'run'- Type 'gpedit.msc' - ok - open 'Computer Configuration' - open

   configured” or “Disabled” - ok - Re-open 'Windows Defender' - Start Now.

- Open 'Control Panel' - click 'Windows Defender' - 'Settings' tab - uncheck 'Turn on
